Description
Loaded Cow is an indie game developer created by graduates of Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Center and based in Pittsburgh, PA. Loaded Cow creates unique musical gameplay experiences by combining music gameplay and aesthetic with non-traditional action genres. The result are quirky, addictive games. Loaded Cow's first game, Beatstep Cowboys, is now taking votes on Steam Greenlight and will soon be released.
History
Loaded Cow was created by graduate students at Carnegie Mellon's Entertainment Technology Center. JD, a programmer and musician, and Amy, one of those does-a-little-of-everything types began working together during the first semester, and found they had a shared love for high standards and arguing about them. When JD decided to continue the Beatstep Cowboys project he asked Amy, and then asked around for the best artist in the program, eventually recruiting the brilliantly named ‘King Kong’ Zhang. The team works together in a tiny room at the ETC where they watch a lot of Spaghetti Westerns for inspiration.
